APPRAISAL SERVICES

Vivanco Art & Appraisals offers appraisal services for both private and corporate collections including insurance, fair market value, charitable donation, estate tax and equitable distribution of property appraisals.  All appraisals are compliant with the standards set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisers Association of America.

Sarah R Vivanco, AAA is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America. She is UPSAP compliant through December 2020.
